7 Ingredient Sesame Miso Sauce

I'm saucy! I love all types of sauces on everything! Living in South Korea, you will find miso paste in every local grocery store. So I was super excited to create a versatile and simple 7 ingredient sesame miso sauce using miso paste that I could use on top of my grain or noodle bowls.
For those who aren't familiar, miso is a thick fermented paste with a deep savory richness. It has a toasty, nutty, earthy, kinda fishy (but in a good way), salty but also sweet flavour to it. There is no substitute for miso paste as the flavour of it is so unique. It originated in China and was introduced to Japan and South Korea thousands of years ago. It's a very popular ingredient in Asian cuisine. I hope you enjoy my recipe!
