Sugar Free Homemade Banana Bread Granola
This healthy homemade banana bread granola is a quick and easy recipe that tastes delicious and is oil, gluten and sugar free. Throw in some sliced apples or fresh organic berries before serving and it's a perfect well-rounded breakfast to start your day!
Equipment
- Oven
- Cookie sheet
- Parchment paper
- 2 medium size mixing bowls
- 2 mixing spoons and cups
Ingredients
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 3 bananas Organic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup Pure organic
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, cashews or sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp sugar-free peanut or nut butter of choice Optional
- 1/2 cup sugar-free raisins or dark chocolate chips Optional
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Mix wet ingredients together – stir/whip until no lumps remain.
- Then combine dry and wet ingredients together.
- Stir well until all oats are covered with wet ingredients.
